In front of the entrance to the cave there is a reconstructed Neanderthal camp, as well as a vantage point from which you can see the Pradnik Valley and the limestone located nearby called the "Glove" or the "Five-Finger". Inside the cave is divided into chambers. One giant chamber is 80 m long. It is inhabited by bats, white winds, moths and spiders. The air temperature in the cave is on average 7-8 ° C. The walls and ceilings of the cave are decorated with domed stalagmites 1 m long, as well as tubular stalactites. In 1924, the cave was entered in the register of monuments. It is open to the public from April 28 to October 7. Its interior is not illuminated, hence its name, which is why visitors receive candles before entering.
