It is typical for this region of the rock upland, i.e. the source beating at the base of limestone massifs in the form of a pulsating source. The aquifer is Cretaceous and Jurassic limestone. About 20-30 liters of water flows out of the ground per second, feeding the nearby Dłubnia river. At the bottom of the source you can observe the characteristic pulsing of fine mud. Despite the fact that the source is about 3 meters deep, thanks to the crystal-clear, emerald water, completely transparent, you can observe a spectacular outflow of water. The source does not freeze, and during the year the water temperature never exceeds 10 degrees. Water from the source of "Jordan" was once considered medicinal, especially in eye diseases.
