Address: Jerzmanowice 234 , 32-048 Jerzmanowice
The church was originally wooden, built during the reign of Casimir the Great in 1338. The current building dates from 1827–1830, was extended in 1876 and serves as a Roman Catholic parish church. We learn from historical files that at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries this church fell into ruin. Therefore, in 1826, the wooden building of the temple was demolished and construction of a new, stone temple began. The construction of the stone temple had to be completed in 1851, because at that time the library of the then deanery of Skalsk was moved to the church in Jerzmanowice. In 1884, after the works were completed, Bishop Tomasz Kuliński consecrated the church, which is commemorated by a plaque preserved in the church porch. The temple is a classicist style building with one nave. It was entered in the register of monuments of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
