Every year millions of believers and tourists come to Jasna Góra. Not only Poles come to Marian worship, but foreigners can be found there more often. The most common reason for pilgrimages is seeing the famous image of Our Lady of Częstochowa. Every believer wants to pray at a picture known for miracles. The largest event organized in Jasna Góra takes place on August 15 - then the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is celebrated. There are many interesting and historical places on Jasna Góra. Tourists can enter most of them. Particularly worth recommending are: The Way of the Cross, Jasna Góra Golgotha, the 600th Anniversary Museum, the Treasury and the Knights' Hall. You can sit down and take a picture at the monuments. There are monuments of the Holy Father Blessed John Paul II or Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński.
